EASTER ISLAND PROJECT: THE PARTICIPATION TOUR

Cream1095-web1 We are compelled to create—to make, write, act, and give birth. How do we manifest this deep desire? How do our creations—novels, babies, and atom bombs—affect our lives, our culture, and our planet?

The Easter Island Project invites audiences to explore the questions through the act of creation itself with Plazm editor and 2GQ director Tiffany Lee Brown, as she prepares for an interdisciplinary art expedition to Easter Island in the South Pacific.

We finished Plazm Magazine's 20th Anniversary Issue, thanks to your support. Yay!

We're working hard on the new website plazm.org, with help from programmer Michael McManus and a grant from Oregon Cultural Trust.

Nora Robertson continues work on the written articles and multimedia documentation for the New Oregon Interview Series, to be published this year on plazm.org.

TSA Gallery is closed for the moment.

The Easter Island Project manifests at Reed College and Cooley Gallery in February, 2012.
