"Voices from the Siren Nation"  is a fabulous cd put out by Sarah Dougher's Cherchez La Femme label featuring no less than 16 of Portland's finest women musicians including Pink Martini, The Gossip, Kaia Wilson, Amelia, The Swallows, Swan Island,  Ashleigh Flynn, Marisa Anderson w/Mirah, Myshkin's Ruby Warblers, Lara Michell, The Stolen Sweets, Sugar Shortwave, Heather Perkins, Virginia Lopez, Jamie Stillway and the Flat Mountain Girls.

Siren Nation Women's Music Festival will take place the first week in November 2007 in Portland Oregon and will showcase women performers from the Pacific Northwest.
